Jacki calls me "mother." It sounds formal, so I told her to call me mom. She called me mom once, and now it's back to mother. It could be worse, so I won't complain.
Wes has started saying more than uh huh and un uh. Yesterday he repeated, "Ya, mom," after Jacki said it.
